Pamela Robertson-Gregg

National Managing Partner

Pamela leads OCM’s practice nationally, as well as the the national assurance team, and alliance offering delivering a range of services to both the public and private sector. Prior to joining OCM, Pamela was a partner in a “big four” firm based in Sydney.

Andrew Marsden

Partner

Andrew is the co-founder of OCM and leads OCM’s procurement and probity practices nationally delivering pragmatic solutions on all types of transactions. Prior to establishing OCM, Andrew worked with the Independent Commission Against Corruption and spent many years in various areas of youth criminology.

Cathy Blunt

Partner

Cathy is an assurance and risk specialist. Prior to joining OCM, Cathy worked in a “big four” firm, managed the internal audit function at Griffith University, and she has deep experience advising clients across Federal and State Government agencies. Alongside her broad ranging assurance and risk management focus, Cathy is also OCM’s national education industry lead.

Judy Malpas

Partner

Judy is an assurance and risk specialist delivering a range of services to the public and private sector. Prior to joining OCM, Judy was a director in a “big four” firm based in Sydney. She is admired for her proactive and hands-on leadership approach both with clients and her team.

Nick Iorfino

Partner

Nick leads the national workplace conduct and risk team delivering a range of services including investigation, work, health and safety, training, and mediation. Prior to joining OCM, Nick was a senior police officer for many years before transitioning to consulting.

Paul Gasiorowski

Partner

Paul specialises in providing probity services, offering practical solutions to a diverse range of clients, including Commonwealth and State government agencies. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated proficiency in various market processes and methodologies spanning multiple industry sectors.

Rory O’Connor

Partner

Rory is the co-founder of OCM and leads the delivery of probity services to State Governments in Queensland, South Australia and Victoria delivering many high-profile complex probity engagements. Prior to establishing OCM, Rory was a partner and board member of a “big four” professional services firm.

Samuel King

Partner

Samuel is a procurement and supply chain specialist. He is a trusted leader adept at navigating supply chain dynamics across diverse sectors, with extensive expertise in strategic planning, negotiations, contract management and risk mitigation. Prior to joining OCM, Samuel was a director and co-owner at Ansuz, at a boutique consultancy practice.

Sarah Mullins

Partner

Sarah is a probity and grants management specialist and is OCM’s national local government industry lead. Prior to joining OCM, Sarah worked with a “big four” accounting firm and for the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

Shane Lamont

Partner

Shane is a procurement and supply chain specialist. He is an innovative and outcome focused leader who applies a practical approach to delivering value. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Shane served as a former CPO and Head of Supply Chain Leader. Prior to joining OCM, he was a director and co-owner at Ansuz, a boutique consultancy practice.

Wayne Gorrie

Wayne leads the Queensland assurance practice. Prior to joining OCM, Wayne worked with several listed companies and professional services firms.
