In May 2021, OCM is launching a series of free lunchtime webinars aimed at providing our clients with valuable insights into key risks, trends and better practice across the government sector. The first of these free webinars will be held on 25 May, in partnership with leading legal firm Clayton Utz, and will be specifically looking at Conflicts of Interest in the Local Government Sector.

As part of this webinar, we have appointed an external moderator to throw the Panel of Experts some tough questions in relation to probity, governance and corruption prevention risks associated with conflicts of interest that are faced specifically by Councils and are also reflective of the challenges for Councils over the last 18 months.

This Panel will include OCM Partner in Workplace Conduct and Risk, Nick Iorfino, and OCM Probity Partner, Sarah Mullins. Nick and Sarah will be joined by Clayton Utz Special Counsel Jennifer Harris who has significant experience in the local government sector.

During the session we will draw on innovative thought leadership across a number of jurisdictions as well as give participants an opportunity to ask the Panel of Experts their own hard hitting questions on the topic.

To register your interest in the webinar, please contact OCM Partners Nick Iorfino or Sarah Mullins via .
